This course correlates international green building rating systems such as LEED v3, LEED v4, and BREEAM with these trends. Included in this course will be simple good green building practices for when projects are not pursuing an official green building certification.
Within these strategies, the course will integrate sustainability initiatives and community action. This course will give the audience a methodology for reviewing transparency tools such as HPD and REACH related to reporting and optimization. Finally, how to translate these trends and best practices into user-friendly tools that can be applied to future projects.
