Paint + Pigment: A Primer for Specifiers

Course Description

What’s the story of the color in a can of paint? Color can inspire, calm or energize, and pigments play a crucial role in delivering a desired color and outcome to substrates. But pigments can do more than affect the aesthetic of the space – they can also provide desirable performance characteristics.

In this course, we will look to the past for insights into the foundation of color and how certain colors affect our mood, perception and decision-making. We will also address the practical application of specifying color today, and how to determine the best paint system for your project.
